Rossella Giannetti is not only a teacher and professional musician but she is also actively involved in the rediscovery of music written by women and the transcription and publishing of manuscripts of music for the keyboard. She has got a wide repertoire and her interests go from early Baroque to modern and contemporary music. She has taken part in numerous internationl festivals. Her interests include the execution of music on original instruments and she works as a consultant for the Laboratorio di Restauro del Fortepiano in Florence.

She is a member of the jury of various national and international music competitions and regularly holds seminars on the harpsichord for the musical society “Etruria Classica”. Her supervised scores have been published by Bérben and Eco and the magazine BeQuadro. Furthermore, she has made records for Bongiovanni.
